Pricing questions.

What counts as a visitor?

One browser on one day. Someone who comes back the next day counts again, so the monthly figure is each day's unique visitors added up. The numbers are a guide to which plan suits a site: the usage overview shows where you are, and nothing is blocked or charged automatically.

Can I change plan?

Yes, at any time, on the same monthly or annual cycle. Every site goes live on Standard. Moving up charges the difference for the rest of the period; moving down takes effect at the next renewal.

What happens if I cancel?

The site stays up until the end of the period you have paid for, then goes offline. Monthly plans have no contract.

Who pays: the designer or the client?

The client, at go-live. Designers and agencies never pay for a client's hosting, and earn a share of every payment through the partner programme.
